Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 12 hours before your appointment. Within 12 hours, please call the salon at 817-381-2127.
Cancellations/reschedules within 3 hours may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Running late? Please call us! We allow a 10-minute grace period with notice when our schedule allows. After 10 minutes without notice, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show and a 50% fee will apply.
We allow one no-call/no-show. A second will result in being added to our Do Not Book list.
All outstanding cancellation/no-show fees must be paid before booking again.
